Applicant privacy notice
Information collected
Name, email, phone number, resume, the job applied for, and recruiting activity associated with the application. Cloudflare processes network and browser signals, including an IP address, to operate the form’s abuse-prevention check; the ATS does not add those signals or the raw IP address to the applicant record.
Purpose
Mueon uses this information to evaluate candidates, communicate about recruiting, and maintain its hiring records.
Access
Access is limited to Mueon’s hiring team and the service providers used to operate authentication, hosting, databases, and private file storage. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the public application form from automated abuse.
Retention and requests
Mueon ordinarily retains application and recruiting records for five years from the later of record creation or the latest recruiting personnel action. Records may be kept longer when required by a legal hold, discrimination charge, related action, or another applicable obligation. Email mike@mueon.com or Carol Leary at carol@mueon.com to request access, correction, or deletion. A deletion request cannot override a required retention period. Deleted records may remain in restricted backups or prior object versions. Those copies are scheduled to expire within 30 days unless a legal hold applies; storage-provider deletion may complete after the scheduled expiration date.
